Accessing the health report

The health report allows you to see the history of all the patient’s questionnaires. In a simple and visual way, it allows you to learn about the symptoms reported as alerts by the patient instantly.

To access the patient’s health report, go to patient’s file on the “Health report” tab.

Each answer by the patient to a symptom is graded according to the PRO-CTCAE classification and is coloured automatically (green, yellow, orange or red).
