What if you’ve forgotten your secret question/answer?

If you’ve forgotten your password and secret question and answer, we won’t be able to re-activate your account.

This is why it’s very important to remember your secret answer. As a reminder, the secret answer is at least 5 characters long.

The number of tries to enter the secret answer is unlimited. Please try all the secret answers you may have chosen.

Tip: alternate your attempts with upper and lower case!
