What if you forgot your secret question/answer?

If you want to reset your password, but forgot your secret question and/or answer, unfortunately we won’t be able to re-activate your account. This is why it is very important to remember your secret question/answer.

As a reminder, your secret answer should include:

• 8 characters

• 1 upper-case letter

• 1 lower-case letter

• 1 number

• 1 special character

Please try all the secret answers you may have chosen. Also note that if you enter your password incorrectly 5 times in a row, your account will be locked for security reasons.
