Resending the 6-digit code by text message

When you log in to your account, if you do not receive the 6-digit code sent by text message on your mobile phone, you can resend it by clicking on “Send me the code again”.

⚠️ Please note that only the most recent code received by text message is valid.

If you still did not receive the code despite resending it:

  1. Please check that your Internet connection is working properly

  2. Ensure the mobile phone you are using matches the phone number you provided us
