Registering a patient in Resilience

To register a new patient in Resilience, proceed as follows in the Resilience caregiver Interface:

  1. Click on “Add a patient” in the left side menu

  1. Enter the administrative details of the patient, i.e.:

  • Last names, first names, sex, date of birth

  • Unique patient identifier or unique internal identification number at your centre

  • Social security no. (optional)

  • Phone no.

  • E-mail address

 

  1. Then enter the medical information related to their care:

  • The primary cancer, according to the suggested drop-down list

  • The notes field is used to enter the patient’s treatment, as well as the start date of this treatment

  • The referring oncologist

  • The medical team, i.e. all users with a Resilience caregiver account who can access the patient’s file.

  1. You’ve now registered your patient.

⚠️ Once the Resilience folder has been created, a text message is sent to the patient to let them know that they have been invited to join Resilience (example below).
