Reading Resilience e-mails

  1. In your mailbox, you receive Resilience e-mails from the sender

⚠️ Please note: if you don’t receive Resilience e-mails in your inbox, check your junk mail.

Resilience e-mail notifications can be of various types:

  • Questionnaire in alert,

  • Questionnaire not completed,

  • Message for you relating to a patient file,

  • User account management (account activation, password reset, etc.)

  1. When you read the content, a summary is available in the body of the e-mail.

Depending on the notification type, you can click on “View alert” or “Consult” or “View comment” or “Log in”, which will allow you to be redirected to the Resilience caregiver interface.

⚠️ Note: make sure that you access Resilience via one of the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If this is not the case, follow the guide to configure your browser.
