Processing the alert and tracking the actions performed

When a questionnaire triggers an alert, this questionnaire is displayed on the “Alerts” tab on the left side of your Resilience practitioner interface.

On this tab, when you click on the alert of the patient you want to process, you access the “Health report” page for that patient.

  • On the line of each questionnaire completed by the patient, you will find a box which may be a different colour:

    • Grey box: the questionnaire did not generate any alerts, so there is no action for you to perform.

    • Red box: the questionnaire generated an alert and the alert has not been processed yet.

    • Blue box with a tick: the questionnaire generated an alert but the alert has been processed successfully. You have no more actions to perform.

Processing a report with an alert

To access the answers to the questionnaire with an alert, you have to click on the red box to the right of the questionnaire answers: the full report is displayed on the right sidebar of your screen.

In this report, you can:

  • Take note of the symptoms indicated in the alert

  • Access our guidance forms for processing the alert

  • Enter all the actions that were performed to process the alert

  • Interact with other practitioners by adding a comment

  • Export the report as a PDF by clicking on “Export” in the top right

Entering the actions performed to process the alert

From the health report, you can enter all the actions you performed to process the questionnaire with an alert:

  1. Click on “Add actions”

  2. Search the actions:

  • In the drop-down list of the category “All”

  • In one of the action sub-categories (“Contact”, “Pre-processing”, “Doctor”, etc.). Example: “Contact”, then select “Contact the patient” from the list

  • By searching by keywords in the search bar. Example: “Advice”, then select “Therapeutic advice” from the list.

  1. Select one or more actions by clicking on them. A green tick “” confirms that the action is selected. Conversely, you can also deselect an action by clicking on it.

  2. Then click on “Save”.

If you perform new actions later, you can add them by repeating this process.

All selected actions appear on the action history pane of the report with an alert containing the following information: practitioner who added the action, date and time added.

Deleting an action from a report with an alert

In the event of an error, you can delete an alert from the action history window of the report with an alert by placing the mouse cursor on the alert to be deleted and then clicking the waste bin icon.

You will only be able to delete the alert if you are the practitioner who first added this action. If this is not the case, you will see an information message such as “You cannot delete the action added by Referring PHYSICIAN”.

Interacting with other practitioners

You can mention your practitioner colleagues and coworkers in the comments area of the patient questionnaire for various reasons: to request medical advice on one or more symptoms in the questionnaire, to request a prescription from the doctor or any other requests/messages depending on your needs.

To interact with another practitioner:

  1. Mention a practitioner in the comment area by entering their first and last name with “@” in front, for example “@Resilience Physician, can you write a prescription for XX for this patient please?”

  2. When a practitioner is mentioned in a comment, they will receive an e-mail notification to read the message.

  3. After clicking on the “View comment” button, the practitioner will be redirected to the patient file concerned.

Finalising the processing of an alert

When you have completed all the actions to process the alert, you can click on “Process report”.

The actions in the report with an alert cannot be changed once it has been “processed”, but comments can be added afterwards.

Once processed, the alert disappears from the “Alerts” tab on the left side of your interface.

You can still find the processed questionnaire and the actions performed by consulting the patient’s health report in their file (see Accessing the health report).

Exporting a health report

You can export any health report (whether it has an alert or not) at any time.

To do this, just select a health report, then from the right sidebar, click on “Export” in the top right.

The health report will be downloaded and saved on your computer as a PDF.
