Exporting the health report history

For each questionnaire answered by the patient, you can export the health report in PDF format to archive it in the computerised patient file of your facility or print it, for example.

To export the health report:

• Go to the patient’s file and to the “Health report” tab, then click on the coloured square (pink if the questionnaire hasn’t yet been processed or blue if the report has been processed) to open the questionnaire actions.

• It’s also possible to export the health report from the “Alerts” tab on the left banner by clicking on the line of the patient whose questionnaire has an alert.

• Then click on “Export (PDF)”

The patient’s health report can be used e.g. as an aid during the follow-up medical consultation with the oncologist.
