Create a new care episode
Follow up on the treatments in progress and receive a questionnaire suited to the treatment of your patients by configuring their care episode. Your follow-up will thus be more effective and your patients will be able to benefit from a personalized questionnaire.

Enter the current treatment(s) of the patient
Configure and activate the personalized remote monitoring questionnaire
Add a care episode
Once the patient profile has been created, a pop-up invites you to add a care episode by clicking on the corresponding button
You can then enter the patient’s current treatment by choosing from systemic treatment, radiotherapy or radiotherapy with systemic treatment (surgery is not yet available)
Then enter the molecules administered (for systemic treatments) and the start and end dates of administration (the end date is provisional and optional)
Configure the questionnaire
Now that the care episode of your patient has been created, a pop-up invites you to configure the sending of the personalized remote monitoring questionnaire (for more information please refer to the following guide: Personalized remote monitoring questionnaire)
You can also add pre-treatment validation questions, then configure the sending frequency and date, as well as the issue method (by text message or e-mail)
Once your questionnaire has been configured, the care episode is recorded.
Manage a care episode
You can find the created care episode on the Care episode tab in the patient profile
You will then be able to end the current care episode at any time by indicating the reason and stop date ; you can also create a new one for another line of treatment
