Create a new care episode
Follow up on the treatments in progress and receive questionnaires suited to the treatment of your patients by configuring their care episode. Your follow-up will thus be more effective and your patients will be able to benefit from questionnaires suited to their side effects.
Quick configuration:
Enter the current treatments of the patient
Select a suitable questionnaire or the “Common core” questionnaire that you are already using.
For patients already included, the care episode doesn’t change their follow-up:
Scheduled surveys continue to be sent out without any action on your part.
We encourage you to complete your patient care episodes as you go.
Add a care episode
Once the patient profile has been created, a window asks you to add a care episode.
Enter the patient’s current treatment by choosing from systemic treatments, radiotherapy and radiotherapy with systemic treatment (surgery will be available in 2023).
Then enter the molecules administered (for systemic treatments) and the start and end dates of administration. The end date is provisional and optional.
A summary allows you to check the information before saving it.
Select the appropriate questionnaire:
The Resilience recommendation tool now suggests a selection of questionnaires customised to the cancer and the current treatment, ranked by relevance.
You can see the questions for each questionnaire by clicking on it.
The Common core questionnaire, reviewed on this occasion, is offered by default in the absence of a suitable questionnaire. It also remains available at the bottom of the list of suggestions of suitable questionnaires
You always have the option to select several questionnaires.
Once the follow-up questionnaire has been selected, the care episode is recorded.
Manage care episodes:
Find the summary on the new “Care episode” tab in the patient profile.
You can stop the current care episode at any time by indicating the reason and the stop date and you can create a new one for another treatment.
For previously included patients, the ‘Care episode’ tab is also available. The questionnaire indicated is the one sent and the treatment is not indicated.
To make monitoring an existing patient as easy as monitoring a new patient, we encourage you to complete your patient care episodes as you go.
