Checking the patient’s eligibility for remote monitoring

Before registering the patient in a remote monitoring journey, their eligibility must be ensured during the medical consultation.

To do this, 4 things must be checked:

  1. Does the patient understand French or do they have a carer who understands French?

  • The questionnaire is currently only available in French. If the patient doesn’t speak or understand French, it won’t be possible to offer them remote monitoring with Resilience.

  • If the patient can speak French, proceed to the next criterion.

  1. Does the patient have a smartphone with an internet connection?

  • If yes, the patient is eligible for Resilience remote monitoring. You can configure the questionnaires via SMS.

  • If the patient doesn’t have a smartphone, proceed to the next criterion.

  1. Does the patient have a computer with an internet connection?

  • If yes, the patient is eligible for Resilience remote monitoring. You can configure the questionnaires via e-mail.

  • If the patient doesn’t have a computer with an internet connection, go to the next criterion.

  1. Does the patient have a carer (husband, wife, etc.) who has a smartphone with an internet connection?

  • If yes, the patient is eligible for Resilience remote monitoring. This carer will support the patient in answering their questionnaires, using the method of sending via SMS.

  • If this is not the case, the patient isn’t eligible for remote monitoring.
