Checking the patient’s eligibility for remote monitoring

Before including patients in a remote monitoring journey, you need to verify their eligibility during their medical consultation.

Several points to check to do this:

  1. Does the patient have a smartphone with an Internet connection?

If so, the patient is eligible for Resilience remote monitoring. You can configure the questionnaire to be sent by text message.

If the patient does not have a smartphone with an Internet connection, proceed to the next criterion.

  2. Does the patient have a computer with an Internet connection?

If so, the patient is eligible for Resilience remote monitoring. You can configure the questionnaire to be sent by e-mail.

If the patient does not have a computer with an Internet connection, proceed to the next criterion.

  3. Does the patient have a caregiver (husband/wife, sister/brother, etc.) who has a smartphone with an Internet connection?

If so, the patient is eligible for Resilience remote monitoring. This caregiver will be able to support the patient in answering the questionnaire (sent by text message or e-mail).

If this is not the case, the patient is not eligible for remote monitoring.
