Archiving a patient’s account

Cleaning up your list of patients using the archive feature

Have you finished monitoring your patient? Do you think you no longer need to access their health report?

Good news! You can now easily archive a patient from your list of patients.

To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your list of patients

2. Find a new action menu that not only allows you to access a patient’s different tabs quickly (information, care episode and health report), but also to archive your patient (see first animation on the left).

3. A window will open asking you to enter a “reason for archiving” this patient (see second animation on the left).

4. When you click on the “Save” button, the archiving of the patient will be confirmed.
