Answering a questionnaire from the SMS

⚠️ It’s necessary to have a care episode defined for the patient, i.e. a follow-up questionnaire on their symptoms must be activated (please refer to this step).

When supporting patients in the use of Resilience, answering a questionnaire with them is recommended.

This allows you to explain to them clearly what’s expected of them and answer any questions they may have. You can also take the opportunity to clearly define the information and symptoms you expect the patient to report to you through the last question in the questionnaire: the free text field.

To answer a questionnaire when you’re with the patient, force the exceptional sending of a questionnaire. To do this, from the patient file in Resilience, proceed as follows:

1. Go to the “Health Report” tab

  1. Then click on “Send a questionnaire now”

  1. Read the Resilience SMS sent to the patient’s smartphone, then click on the link to open it in the Resilience application.

  1. The questionnaire opens in the application; now complete it with the patient.
