4. Setting up your secret question and answer
If you forget your password, you can use a secret question and answer to reset it. When you log in for the first time:
Select the secret question of your choice
Enter your secret answer
Click on “Finish”
It is very important to remember the answer to your secret question in order to reset your password if you forget or lose it.
