1. Finding the Resilience invitation sent by e-mail

You must first send your e-mail address and phone number to our team for us to create your clinician account on Resilience.

An invitation to join the Resilience service will then be sent to you by e-mail. Note that it is possible that this invitation could go to your spam folder.

1. If you find the invitation in your spam folder, please add the sender’s address to your trusted addresses, so that all future e-mails from Resilience will make it to your inbox

2. If you can’t find the e-mail in your spam folder, you may not have received the invitation/another blockage could occur. In this case, please contact us at support@resilience.care
