You can now activate a dynamic personalised remote monitoring questionnaire for your patient!
This personalised questionnaire for telemonitoring the symptoms of patients diagnosed with cancer, takes into account information relating to the patient's treatment and the type of primary cancer.
Specifically, in order to send the most relevant questionnaires to patients, questionnaires are created based on combined health data:
your patient's cancer
the treatment prescribed
the organ targeted for radiotherapy (if necessary)
The questionnaire is dynamic and evolves according to the patient's treatment. This means that the questions adapt automatically if you change your patient's treatment since the care episode.
Depending on the type of follow-up you wish to carry out, you can add (or not) pre-treatment validation questions to the questionnaire.
